1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VIN Decoder Vehicle website and API services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

We provide a REST API that returns vehicle technical data (specifications, fluids, OEM parts, repair times, etc.) based on VIN or internal car identifiers. Access is granted through API keys with different rate limits depending on the plan.

3. Free and Paid Plans

A limited Free plan (100 requests per month) is available. Paid plans remove limits and unlock premium modules (OEM parts and repair times). All paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You must not abuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or exceed your plan limits.
  • You may not resell raw data obtained from the API without prior written permission.
  • You are responsible for keeping your API key secure.
  • Automated scraping or excessive polling beyond normal usage is prohibited.

5. Data & Accuracy

While we strive to maintain high accuracy, vehicle data can vary by market, model year changes and manufacturer updates. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and are not liable for decisions made based on the data returned by the API.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIN Decoder Vehicle and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The current version is always available at this page.
